This one of a kind luxury Malibu beach retreat is one of the premier properties in the United States and over the years it has hosted an assortment of high profile celebrities, political figures and other notables. One of the Largest Beach Front Lots on Malibu and One of the Most Exclusive Properties in the United States in a Celebrity-Studded Stretch of Sand. Situated on over three acres of beautifully maintained beachfront property comprising two legal parcels, the luxury beach house is the perfect location for an exclusive private getaway or an A-list wedding or event. This is widely recognized as one of the three or four largest beach front lots in all of Malibu. Neighbors on either side include Brad Pitt, Cindy Crawford, Michael Eisner and other notables. Tucked behind a large gated driveway, the luxury beach house was formerly owned by actress Roseanne Barr and her husband Tom Arnold and has been inhabited by some of the most famous names in modeling and show business. The exclusivity and ultimate privacy of the luxury beach house make it a favorite destination for celebrities and executives alike. The luxury beach house and other neighborhood homes have been used frequently as filming locations in a variety of well-known movies and TV shows. Here you will escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life to one of the most pristine and private beaches in all of the United States. The luxury beach house sits on a dramatic bluff overlooking a 125+ foot expanse of El Matador State Beach. This property has its own private cove, something no other estate in Malibu can boast. Breathtaking views of the Pacific greet you from almost every room in the house. Enjoy the gorgeous Malibu sunsets from two large, private beachfront wrap around patios overlooking the ocean with views of nearby Catalina and Channel Islands. Sunbathe on your own private verandas underneath a clear blue sky dotted with palm trees. The grounds contain a pool, two Jacuzzis, a small petting zoo, and numerous areas to sit by the beach in absolute privacy and more. The Estate Has Numerous Great Features. Construction of the 5500+ square foot luxury beach house was performed with no expense spared. The luxury beach house has five full bedrooms each with its own private bath, along with private maid quarters downstairs equipped with a full bathroom. The entry to the luxury beach house features an elegant dual staircase leading up to the second storey level. The spacious living area directly faces the ocean with wall length French doors that open onto a large private wrap around veranda. The luxury beach house living room also features a large screen plasma television, a gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood bar, a gas fireplace, and a grand piano. The custom built home theater and entertainment center is wired with speakers on all of the outside decks and patios as well as the pool and sauna. The newly completed kitchen features Brazilian Cherry wood, Jerusalem marble and beautiful glass cabinetry throughout. Brand new stainless steel appliances feature in the gourmet kitchen, including a double oven, a Viking range, a state of the art trash compactor, a built-in wine and beverage cooler, a sub-zero refrigerator, and two separate flush built sinks. The kitchen opens onto a large dining area complete with an attached wraparound porch. The master bedroom suite features Brazilian Cherry wood floors, a plasma screen television with surround sound, a fireplace, and custom made French doors with German hardware that open onto a large private veranda and an incredible view of the ocean. The master bath is covered in pristine Jerusalem marble, with a large jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, an oversized double headed shower, a steam room, a deprivation tank, a private toilet area complete with bidet, and a large walk-in custom built closet. Tucked away from the home, among a park like atmosphere complete with large statuaries, lies a secluded private pool, a hot tub, and a patio area. Garden-like grounds with lush rose-gardens, long sweeping lawns, and full grown palm trees surround the entire property adding to the vast beauty and privacy of the estate. To ensure your privacy, the estate is gated and has a top of the line security system with motion sensors along the entire perimeter. Each of the five guest bedroom suites is custom appointed with the finest in luxury accommodations, with large, gorgeous, and fully private bathrooms, queen sized fluffy beds and sweeping views. For the little ones, the house is appointed with a crib and a Pack and Play which can be converted into a bassinette. The house sleeps 11 adults comfortably (2 in each of the five bedrooms, plus one in the maid's quarters). We also offer two queen sized Aerobeds for additional guests. Children, Pets and Long-Term Guests Are All Welcome. We welcome children, pets and long term guests! Smokers are welcome but because the house is a low allergen environment we ask that all smoking be done outside. The house is outfitted with individual Swedish air cleaners in most of the rooms as well as an advanced filtration system to keep allergens low. A housekeeper is available to clean the beach house or to live in the house in the downstairs maid's quarters during your stay. A private concierge is also available to ensure that during your stay, you need not lift a finger! Service to the airport is provided in a Rolls Royce Phantom for out of town guests. |
