Planning and Putting Together a Malibu Beach Wedding
Many people have dreamed about having their wedding on the beach and a few get to see their dreams come to life. If you are one of the lucky people who get to have your dream wedding in Malibu then you are going to want to make sure that it is one of the best weddings that anyone has seen in a very long time. To accomplish this you are going to need a little bit of money, a lot of imagination, and the willingness to be open to new ideas.
There is the traditional beach wedding and then there is the beach wedding that blows the minds off all of the guests. You could have a large wedding or a small wedding. You could party afterwards on the beach or go back to a banquet room at a fancy hotel for the reception. Maybe you would like to stay in Malibu for your honeymoon, but then again, maybe not. These are all things that you will have to take into consideration. There are a lot of decisions to be made. Even if you have a year to plan everything, it is going to feel as though you are still planning down to the last moment.
This is where your maid of honor and your friends and family come into play. Even though this is your day, you cannot take all of the stress on your own shoulders. Even though one would think that you would need several hundred thousand dollars to pull off such an event that is not always the case. You may of course want to look into some flower or candle decorations, as those decorations on the beach will help give your wedding an extra dose of romance. Even though there is probably enough romance to fill the air, it is nice to add in those little extra touches. There is also the situation of seating arrangements. While some people have been known to simply ask their guests to stand, you may not want to do that. It is much more comfortable for your wedding guests to sit in nice chairs on the beach than to stand for the entire time, especially for children and the elderly.
For those that have never attended a beach wedding before, you might want to look at some pictures or video of a beach wedding on the Internet. If you do a simple web search you are bound to find a large collection of videos and pictures of beach weddings to review. If you have a little extra cash to spare you may want to think about consulting with a wedding planner. For those who want to have a more hands on wedding, you can simply consult with the wedding planner for ideas, instead of having the planner do everything for you.
Then again, if you have a lot of money to play with you might want to consider having the wedding planner do it all for you. You will still be able to pick things out for your beach wedding. The bonus though is that you will not have to worry about the stress that comes from putting together your own wedding. This is your day to relax and you should not have to worry about running around for last minute details if you do not have to.
Whatever route you take and no matter what amount of money you have to spend you will have a beach wedding that will surely be something to cherish forever.
